My health and wellness journey has taken me on a path of change and evolution through the practice of yoga, meditation, capoeira and the healing arts. I became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2012 and made the decision to become an Acupuncturist so I could offer a variety of holistic health and wellness services to others.
My years of working as a healthcare professional has given me an intimate understanding of the challenges faced by people dealing with chronic illness and pain. I've worked as a Respiratory Therapist in acute and sub-acute care settings for over 13 years, and as a clinical educator for more than 5 years. I enjoy caring for people and my work has made me passionate about the integration of holistic practices in patient care to improve outcomes and maintain health. I am deeply committed to my practice of holistic medicine and to the path of cultivating life through wholeness and balance. My purpose is to use my practice of Chinese Medicine to empower and support my clients on their healing journey... towards a life with more peace and less pain.
